ACLJ • Supreme Court Upholds Partial-Birth Abortion Ban

On April 18, 2007, the Supreme Court of the United States upheld the national ban on partial-birth abortion. The 5-4 ruling came in the consolidated cases of Gonzales v. Carhart (05-380) and Gonzales v. Planned Parenthood (05-1382).
This is a good development for the growth and protection of the most vital aspect of society, the Family. What do you think?
