Screen Sharing

Image via Wikipedia                               Your screen is the presenter’s screen.

For Training on line I use Mikogo.com.

In order to participate you will need to go to Mikogo and register:

  1. First, Last Name and email and submit.
  2. Click on the link you receive from Mikogo in your email.
  3. Follow the instruction to make a quick 5 sec. download.
  4. When finished you will see a ‘M’ in your tool tray (bottom right)
  5. When you are scheduled for a session you will receive a code in your  email and/or  the presenter will give it to you over the phone.
  6. Click on the ‘M’ in the tool tray or the one on your Desktop.
  7. Click on ‘Join Meeting’
  8. Enter the code the presenter provided you.
  9. 2 sec. and your screen shows the presenters screen, the meeting can begin.

Note:  This initial process above was completed by a friend of mine, not a computer geek, in less than 5 min.  Subsequent sessions can be initiated and logged into < 20 sec.
